We’re proud to have something that has become increasingly rare: people who stay. A large part of our workforce has been with Thompson Roofing for five years or more, growing alongside the company, building relationships, developing their craft, and helping shape who we are today.
That kind of tenure doesn’t happen by accident. And more importantly, these aren’t people simply putting in their time. They’re talented men who still have a long future ahead of them here.
